上海 EMS 公司员工培训的现状与对策研究
摘要
随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和中国物流市场的开放,越来越多的国外
公司加入了运输物流市场的竞争,从而对我国运输物流企业提出了更高的要求。
物流业属专业性很强的服务行业,其赖以存在的基础是知识、创新、速度和质量
如果要在全球市场竞争中占有一席之地,首先要靠提高服务质量,拓展服务领
域和层次;其次要靠不断完善服务体系,提高服务效益。目前我国运输物流业在
总体水平上,与发达国家相比还有较大的差距。要在物流业的竞争中脱颖而出,
归根结底还是要有一大批运输物流方面的专业人才。人力资源是企业所有资源中
最宝贵的,因而必须对其进行有效管理。但是在实际操作中,企业更关心的可能
是它的资金和市场问题,人力资源管理常常为其所忽视。然而恰恰可能是人力资
源的瓶颈阻碍了企业的进一步发展。人力资本是一种流动的资本形态,在个性化
即将被推崇到极至的时代,企业更多需要考虑的是企业与人力资本、也就是个人
价值在资本层面的结合,真正做到风险共担,利益共享。随着物流业将全面开放
缺乏专门人才将成为我国现代物流业的致命短板。在此背景下研究现代物流企业
内部员工培训与发展体系,无疑具有十分重要的意义。
上海EMS公司人力资源培训形式较为完善,但其培训的本质仍然存在对公司
员工培训的需求分析不足、对公司员工培训的师资选择不当、对公司员工培训的
工作管理不善等问题,因此只有针对性地采取公司员工培训的需求分析对策、
资选择对策、工作管理对策,才能使公司最终摆脱目前的人力资源培训窘境。

Abstract
With the accelerated process of global economic integration and the opening up
of China's logistics market, more and more foreign companies join the market
competition in transport logistics, transport logistics enterprises in China to put
forward higher requirements. Logistics industry is a highly professional service
sector, which is based on existing knowledge, innovation, speed and quality. If you
want to compete in the global market place, first of all depend on improving service
quality, expand service areas and levels; followed constantly improve the service
system to rely on, and improve service efficiency. Transport logistics industry in our
country overall level, with a considerable gap between the developed countries. In the
logistics industry to compete in the final analysis had to have a large number of
transport logistics professionals. Human resource is the most valuable of all resources,
so must its effective management. However, in practice, companies may be more
concerned about its financial and market issues, human resource management are
often overlooked for its. However, human resources just may be a bottleneck
hindering the further development of enterprises. Human capital is a form of capital
flows in the individual will be respected to the extreme of age, more needs to be
considered is the business and human capital, is the individual value of the
combination of the capital level, truly risk-sharing and sharing benefits. As the
logistics industry will be fully open, the lack of expertise will be a modern logistics
industry in China fatal shortcomings. In this context, the study of modern logistics
system of internal staff training and development is undoubtedly of great significance.
Shanghai EMS Co.,Ltd human resources has a better training form but the
nature of the training is still on the staff training needs analysis of the lack of staff
training teachers to choose properly, training employees on the work of its poor
management, so there are only Targeted the company to take staff training needs
analysis of the response of teachers to choose countermeasures, management
measures in order to make the company out of its present predicament of human
resources training.
