题目：工商部门网上订货系统

摘要

充分利用网络使用网络软件系统己经成为企业发展客户、开拓市场的一种有效手段

网上订货系统的使用可以使客户与供应商双方的信息得到及时的沟通，从而使订货过

程的周期大大缩短。

工商部门网上订货系统（The online ordering system of business department 以下简称

OSBD）是根据其实际需要，进行了充分的客户调研，与工商部门内部人员进行充分的

交流，获得一个具体详细的订货流程，利用 Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 工具进行

asp.net 的c#web 编程实现，并且采用面向对象结合三层架构的思想对系统结构进行了

详细的分析、设计，以便系统的快速开发。OSBD 数据库使用的是 sql 数据库。

系统由订货部分、固定供应商发货部分和公共查询部分以及系统维护部分构成。订

货部分是工商部门用户添加订单、审核订单等操作部分。发货部分是工商部门的固定发

货厂商进行发货等操作部分。公共查询模块提供了公共的查询功能。系统维护部分实现

了重要的信息的维护。

该系统的投入使用将大大提高工商部门本身的政府工作效能，从而节省了大量的

人力物力，有效地利用了部门资源，并且可以更快更好的获得自己需要的产品，同时，

该网上订货系统的应用也为今后企业资源计划系统(ERP)在政府部门中的全面实施提供

了有益的参考。

Abstract

Take full advantage of network software systems have become an effective means of

enterprise development customers and to explore the market. Online ordering system can be

used to communicate in time between retailers and suppliers, so that the cycle of the ordering

process have been greatly shorten.

The online ordering system of business department is developed after the full system

research with the system user by the communication between us,and then get a detailed

ordering flow and using Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 by c#web programming in asp.net

according to it's actual need,and using the thought of the object-oriented union the three-tier

structure to analysis and design the structure of the system fully.The database of OSBD is

using sql database.

They system makes up of ordering part、the shiping part of the fixed customer、public

query part and system maintenance part.Ordering part is about the operation of adding the

orders、verification of the orders and so on by the users of business department.The part of

delivering goods is the fixed manufacturer of business department carries on the operation of

delivers goods and so on.The public query part has provided the public query function.The

part of system maintenance has offered the important information maintenance.

The investment of using the system will greatly improve the government service potency

of the business department,and then save a lot of manpower and resources, also use the

resources of department effectively,and get the better products who needs oneself quickly, at

the same time,the investment of using the system can provide a full useful reference by the

full implementation of ERP system in the government department.
