海天贸易公司员工培训问题研究

晚,发展较为落后。没有意识到员工培训的重要性,在实际操作中缺
乏科学的培训体系和管理理念。培训存在自目性和随意性,没有将培
训与企业的利益、个人的利益相结合。
海天新员研究究企
训的问题,首先对海天贸易公司新员工培训的目前的组织结构和培
训形式研究,分析了公司目前的培训现状,然后分析了海天贸易公
司新员工培训存在的问题,那就是缺乏科学的培训体系,培训缺乏
环境的支持,培训需求分析不够充分,培训方式传统单一,培训后
缺乏培训效果评估,针对这些问题,本文从建立相应的培训制度保
障培训体系,通过营造学习型组织改造培训环境,完善培训信息系
统加强培训需求分析,丰富培训方式提高培训效果,加强沟通保障
培训效果评估的实施这几个方面来完善目前的培训方法。

Abstract
Training is the enterprise human resources development is the most
basic way, and is also the core of enterprise human resources

development content. But in our country, employee training in recent
years that it has attention, has a late start and its development is relatively
backward. They do not realize the importance of staff training, in the
actual operation, the lack of scientific training system and management
concept. Training existence from the visual sex and optional sex, no will
training and enterprise's interests, the interests of the individual
combination.
In this paper the Haitian trade company new staff training problem
as the research background to study the problem of enterprise training,
first of all to the Haitian trade company new staff training the
organization structure and training form research, analyzes the present
situation of the company training, then analyzed the Haitian trade
company new staff training problems, that is, lack of scientific training
system, training the lack of environment support, training needs analysis
are insufficient, the training mode of traditional single, training the lack
of training effect evaluation, aiming at these problems, this paper
establishes the corresponding training system security training system, by
creating a learning organization reform training environment, perfect
training information system to strengthen training needs analysis, rich
training method to improve training effect, strengthen communication
security of the evaluation of training effect implement these aspects to
improve the current training methods.
