摘要

为了保障生产经营的顺利进行，企业往往要储备一定的存货，从而占用或

多或少的资金。传统存货管理模式一般只注重存货的实物管理和存货的总量控制

且特别重视采购环节，将保证供应、确保生产经营的连续性视为存货管理的关键

轻视存货的分类管理，造成大量的存货长期备而不用、超储积压。为减少存货占

用，活流动资金，加速资金周转，提高企业的经济运行质量，笔者在实践中对

上海 XXX 汽车紧固件公司进行分析，给出其解决存储管理中问题的方法。

本文首先为上海 XXX 汽车紧固件公司库存现状，同过对公司的库存现在的

分析，来了解目前公司的运行情况。然后为汽车紧固件行业存货管理存在的问题

指出 BOM 变动频繁且不准确、存货的结构在 ERP 结构中不合理、部分存货的成

本偏高、信息沟通方面有问题是目前该公司存货管理上面出现的问题。最后为通

过对上海 XXX 汽车紧固件公司库存系统内部控制的探讨和研究，在理论与实践

结合的基础上，结合先进企业的方法及经验，探索出一条适合该公司实际情况

的库存系统内部控制方法。提出针对各个关键控制点的设计实施方案，探讨解决

方案。

Abstract

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the production and business operation,

the enterprise tend to reserve a certain inventory, which takes up more or less money.

Traditional inventory management mode is paid attention to only commonly inventory

of the physical inventory management and control of the total, and pay special

attention to the procurement procedures, will guarantee the supply, to ensure

continuity of production and operation as the key to inventory management, the

contempt of inventory classification management and caused a lot of stock for a long

time, just keep the ChaoChu backlog. To reduce inventory occupied, live liquidity,

speed up the capital turnover, enhances the enterprise the economic operation quality,

the author in the practice of Shanghai automobile fasteners, XXX company analysis is

presented, and the problems in the management of storage solution method.

This paper first for Shanghai automobile fasteners, XXX company stock

situation, to the company's stock with the analysis of the now, to learn about the

company's operation. And then for fastener industry car inventory management

problems, and points out that the BOM change frequently and inaccurate, the structure

of the inventory in ERP structure unreasonable, inventory cost is on the high side,

information communication problems is at present the company inventory

management the problems above. Finally for through Shanghai automobile fasteners,

XXX company inventory system research and study of the internal control, in theory

and practice, and on the basis of the method of combining advanced enterprise and

experience, find a suitable for the company to the actual conditions of the inventory

system internal control method. Put forward the design of the key point for each plan,

discusses the solution.
