上海瑞华制药公司的供应链管理研究
摘要
将供应链与供应链管理引入到企业生产运营的环节中去,不但可以高效的
整合企业内部的各种资源,还可以更好的建立以客户为导向的经营模式,从而
达到企业价值最大化的管理目标。目前我国的中小型制药公司要想立足现在,着
眼未来就必须结合自身特点,以灵活、机动、快速的规模特点,采用科学的企业
管理模式,如较好的引入供应链与信息化等先进的管理模式与手段,开辟出一
条适于自身发展的瑞华之路。
本文以上海瑞华制药公司为研究背景,首先对供应链管理的理论进行阐述
提出了中小制药企业为何要引入供应链管理的思想,然后分析了上海瑞华制药
公司目前供应链的结构,指出供应链结构中供应商管理、采购流程、生产制造、
库存情况、产品销售、信息化建设所存在的问题,然后分析了由于企业的信誉度
不高,影响供应链合作关系的建立,传统的采购模式不利于供应链的整体优化
药品单一,不重视开发,安全库存偏高,缺乏产品的时效性,供应链效率低是
导致目前供应链存在问题的原因,最后给出了解决目前供应链的策略,那就是
制定合适的供应链模式,进行市场调研来满足客户需求,建立供应链伙伴,采
购模式进行优化。
目前就瑞华药业面临的种种困惑,同样也困扰着和它类似的医药制药企业。
因此从供应链的角度来分析瑞华药业的现状、找出存在的问题以及提出解决问题
的策略,同样对其他医药制药企业有借鉴和帮助的作用。从而对加快我国医药制
药企业的健康发展有所帮助。

Abstract
The supply chain and supply chain management is introduced into the links of production
operations to not only efficient integration of various resources within the enterprise, you can
create a better customer-oriented business model, so as to achieve maximum business value
management objectives. At present, China's small and medium sized pharmaceutical companies in
order based on the present, we must look to the future with its own characteristics, with a flexible,
mobile, fast-scale characteristics, the scientific management mode, such as the introduction of
better supply chain and information technology and other advanced management mode and means
to open up a Ruihua for their own development path.
Thispaper takes shanghai ruihua pharmaceutical companies as expamle, the first of the supply
chain management, expounds the theory put forward why the introduction of medium and small
pharmaceutical companies supply chain management thinking, and analysis of the Shanghai
Ruihua pharmaceutical supply chain company structure, pointed out that the suppliers in the
supply chain management, procurement processes, manufacturing, inventory, sales, information
technology issues that exist, and then analyzes the company's credibility is not high, affecting
supply chain relationships, The traditional procurement model is not conducive to the whole
supply chain optimization, single drugs, do not attach importance to development, high safety
stock, the lack of timeliness of products, supply chain inefficiency led to the current problems
because the supply chain, and finally gives the solution to the current supply chain strategy, and
that is develop the right supply chain model, conducting market research to meet customer
demand, the establishment of supply chain partners to optimize procurement.
Pharmaceutical Ruihua presently faced confusion, and it is also plagued by similar pharmaceutical
pharmaceutical companies. So from the perspective of supply chain status quo Ruihua medicine to
identify problems and propose solutions to problems of strategy, the same drug to other
pharmaceutical companies have the role of reference and help. Thus speeding up China's
pharmaceutical enterprises in the healthy development of medical help.
