韦博国际英语培训项目管理问题的探讨

摘要

项目管理是使人们用优化的方法完成任务的有效决策工具。项目管理作为管理学科中成长性最

快的一个分支，已经更加广泛地应用到企业管理之中，最重要的表现就是企业项目管理，即时企业

管理进行全方面的项目管理改造。

本文借鉴参考了项目管理理论，尤其是新的基于项目的管理理论，根据韦博国际英语培训中心

的现状，提出以基于项目管理的思路来统筹监管韦博国际英语培训中心的各类项目，从项目的立项

申请开始一直到成本评估、任务分配、时间管理，最后到项目的结项为止，实行资金、项目进度、项

目绩效的全程监管和分析，借助信息化手段，做好韦博国际英语培训中心的项目管理工作，并将项

目管理模式引入韦博国际英语培训中心文化活动的管理当中，通过项目化管理模式的引入、实施等

诸方面内容，对项目管理在韦博国际英语培训中心文化活动管理的运用进行了有效的理论和实践探

索，揭示了项目管理模式在应用中存在的问题，展望了项目管理模式在语言培训中心文化活动中的

拓展前景。最后，本文还对韦博英语销售团队的销售知识管理的两个方面进行了深刻的剖析。

Abstract

Project management is that people with optimization method to complete the task of effective decision-

making tool. Project management as a management discipline in one of the fastest growth has been more

widely, applied to enterprise management, the most important is the enterprise project management,

enterprise management on all aspects of instant transformation of project management. This reference for

project management theory, especially the new project management theory, according to the web

international English training center based on the present situation of project management, put forward the

ideas to overall supervision web international English training center of all kinds of projects, project project

application to cost evaluation, assignments, projects, and finally to time management, implement the post-

project funds, project, project supervision, and analysis of the whole performance by means of

informatization, and web international English training center of project management and project
