希腊主权债务危机对我国经济的挑战与机遇

摘要

继全球金融危机之后，2009 年底发生在希腊的债务危机，

又一次给全球带来了强烈震动。在传染机制作用下，希腊债务危

机很快就演变成为整个欧洲的债务危机，这给正在从金融危机

影响下复苏的全球经济增添了重大的不确定性。目前，始于希腊

的欧洲债务危机，已成为全球经济复苏进程中的最大障碍之一。

本文希腊主权债务危机的原因进行较为全面、系统的分析和总结。

首先分析了希腊债务危机发生的原因和过程，从而揭示出希腊

债务危机发生的必然性；然后分析希腊主权债务危机对世界和

中国经济的影响，之前的影响和原因分析基础上，得出了希腊

债务危机的启示。这种启示，对我国吸取希腊教训，防范债务危

机的发生是很有积极意义的。

ABSTRACT

The global financial crisis after that, by the end of 2009 on the

Greek debt crisis, once again to the global brings strong shock. In

the transmission mechanism function, the Greek debt crisis quickly

evolved into the whole European debt crisis, this is from the

financial crisis under the influence of the global economic recovery

added a big uncertainty. At present, began in Greece European debt

crisis, has become a global economic recovery in the process of one

of the biggest obstacle. This paper Greek sovereign debt crisis

reason of more comprehensive and systematic analysis and

summary. First analyzes debt crisis causes and process, thus

revealing the Greek debt crisis happened inevitability; Then analyzes

the Greek sovereign debt crisis to the world and China's economic

impact, before the influence and based on the analysis of the

reasons, it is concluded that the Greek debt crisis enlightenment.

This revelation, learn from Greece to our teaching, prevent the

happening of the debt crisis is quite positive.
