《拆迁条例》在我国现状的分析
--以上海*******为例
中文摘要
在中国城市化的过程中，由房屋拆迁所引发的矛盾已经成为民众与政府关
系白热化的一个重要领域，成为上下普遍关注的社会问题。在经济快速发展的同
时，房屋拆迁问题如不妥善解决，必将影响正常的生活秩序和社会稳定，最终
成为社会经济发展的障碍。本文对我国现阶段拆迁条列进行分析，指出了目前城
市拆迁存在的主要问题，通过对上海房屋拆迁问题调查分析目前上海拆迁中的
问题和引起问题的原因，最后给出了针对《拆迁条例》引起问题的解决方式。

英文摘要
In the process of urbanization in China, caused by the contradiction between house
demolition has become the face of intense public and government relations, an
important area, as the upper and lower social issues of common concern. In the rapid
economic development, housing demolition, if not properly resolved, will affect the
normal life and order and social stability, and ultimately become an obstacle to socio-
economic development. This article out of the demolition of our present analysis
points out the main problems in urban demolition, demolition by Shanghai
Investigation and Analysis of Shanghai's demolition of the issues and cause of the
problem, Finally, for the "Demolition Ordinance" The solution is causing the problem.
