上海市机电院的公共关系问题研究

摘要

上海高职院校的公共关系是作为一种客观现象而存在的，同时伴随着学校的存

在而存在。无论学校与其公众间的相互联系是自觉还是不自觉的联系，相互作用是自

觉还是不自觉的作用，只能作为评判是自觉的公共关系还是自发的公共关系。通过分

析公共关系主体 ( 上海高职院校 ) 的外部挑战、机遇以及面临的问题，高职院校有意

识、自觉地采取公共关系，对于树立高职院校良好的形象和改善就业状况来说将起到

重要的积极作用和影响。本文提出了机电院建立公共关系的必要性，然后从与政府的

关系，与行业、企业之间的关系，与用人单位的关系，与新闻媒体的关系分析了上海

机电院公共关系的现状，并指出了对公共关系认识存在误区，缺乏全校公共关系的

意识，忽视学校个性形象的塑造，没有处理好与社会与企业的关系，没有处理好与

新闻媒体的关系是上海机电院公共关系中存在的问题；最后从加强重视机电院同政

府的沟通，充分使用政府的关系的策略，处理好与媒介关系的策略，与用人单位的

公共关系策略。
