中小企业的人才留用存在的问题与对策研究
摘 要
中小的时出现才短
题,很多开展中小企业的人才吸引及留住策略研究,就具有非常重
要的现实意义。如何通过帮助中小企业留住人才、招揽人才,促进他
们的业绩增长,利润增加,从而带动我国经济建设的发展,同时也
为我国解决一些就业问题,因此中小企业如何吸引人和留住人才是
一个非常有意义的研究课题。本文对中小企业的人才吸引和人才留用
进行分析,首先对本文相关的概念及相关理论进行分析,然后分析
中小企业在人力人才吸引与留用存在的问题,从激励机制、管理方式、
培训方式、职业发展多角度进行探讨,最后研究如何建立一个有效的
吸引人才和留住人才的机制,也就是建立宽松的工作环境、完善培训
系统,用职业发展规划留人、健全公司选人、育人、用人机制 、建立
健全人才管理激励机制中、树立正确、科学的人力资源管理观、充分
利用法律法规约束员工跳槽行为。

ABSTRACT
At present, small and medium-sized enterprise survival times
background, and appear serious talent shortage, many small and medium
enterprises to carry out the talent to attract and retain strategy research, it
has very important practical significance. How to help small and
medium-sized enterprises through retain talent, attract talent, and promote
their earnings growth, profit increase, thus promote our country the
development of economic construction, but also for our country to solve
some problem of employment, so small and medium-sized enterprise how
to attract and keep talents is a very significant research subject. In this
paper, the small and medium-sized enterprise talent to attract and retain
talents to carry on the analysis, firstly this paper related concept and
correlation theory to carry on the analysis, then analyzes small and

medium-sized enterprise in the human talent to attract and retain existing
problems, from the incentive mechanism, management mode, training
mode, multiple career development were discussed, and finally research
how to establish an effective to attract talents and retain talent
mechanism, build namely loose work environment, perfect training
system, with career development planning to attract, the perfect company
to selecting, cultivating, employing mechanism, establish and perfect the
talent management incentive mechanism, and to set up the correct and
scientific human resources management, make full use of laws and
regulations constraint staff job-hopping behavior.
